Job Description

• Handle condominium and HOA collections and foreclosure matters from intake to resolution
• Prepare legal documents for filings, motions, and hearings
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations
• Lead bench trials and develop litigation strategy
• Provide guidance to boards and property management on enforcement options
• Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently progress cases and keep clients informed
• Ensure compliance with Florida procedural rules and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Active member of the Florida Bar
• Experience in condo/HOA law, collections, and foreclosures in Florida
• Bench trial experience in Florida courts (first-chair preferred)
• Strong legal writing skills and courtroom presence
• Effective communication with clients, management, and opposing counsel
• Organized and efficient in handling high-volume litigation
