Note: Must be a Florida Bar-admitted attorney with condo/HOA collections and foreclosure experience, including bench trial practice in Florida
Job Description
- Handle condominium and HOA collections and foreclosure matters from intake to resolution
- Prepare legal documents for filings, motions, and hearings
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations
- Lead bench trials and develop litigation strategy
- Provide guidance to boards and property management on enforcement options
- Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently progress cases and keep clients informed
- Ensure compliance with Florida procedural rules and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Active member of the Florida Bar
- Experience in condo/HOA law, collections, and foreclosures in Florida
- Bench trial experience in Florida courts (first-chair preferred)
- Strong legal writing skills and courtroom presence
- Effective communication with clients, management, and opposing counsel
- Organized and efficient in handling high-volume litigation
