RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations while meeting project objectives.

Build a collaborative team environment to support the success of foremen and operators

Manage multiple projects in various locations, coordinating with project engineers and clients

Attend project meetings, pre-construction meetings, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment

Maintain project documentation, conduct site inspections, and monitor production schedules

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in heavy equipment operation and maintenance

Familiarity with MSHA and OSHA regulations

Knowledge of utility installations for water, sewer, and storm systems

Ability to operate various heavy equipment including loaders, dozers, and excavators

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
