QUALIFICATIONS:
· Degree in Civil Engineering or construction management preferred
· Proficiency in CAD programs, Excel, and Adobe is a plus
Experience with Agtek, Bid to Win, Heavy Bid, or similar software is beneficial
· Experience in estimating grading and utilities for various projects
Responsibilities:
· Provide accurate estimates for labor, equipment, and materials
· Gain expertise in construction assemblies and project phases
· Produce estimates from conceptual drawings to final contracts
· Analyze construction risks and costs effectively
· Identify value-engineering alternatives and constructability issues
· Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with stakeholders
· Utilize software such as Agtek, Trimble Business Center, and Bid2Win for estimating
· Some regional travel may be required
