Our client in Berlin, CT is currently hiring a CNC Milling Machine Operator with at least 5-Axis experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, and adjustment with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machining centers, including troubleshooting controllers, machines, and processes.
  • Interpret and work from blueprint requirements.
  • Select appropriate tools and set feeds and speeds.
  • Inspect machined parts using precision hand tools.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and shop floor.
  • Re-order tools as needed.


  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience reading blueprints and understanding GD&T.
  • Ability to read and edit CNC programs (G-Code and conversational).
  • Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in CNC 5-Axis milling setup and operation.

We are seeking a Night Shift Quality Supervisor to oversee a team of Senior and Bench Technicians in our facility located in Atlanta, GA. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance program to ensure compliance with company, customer, and government procedures. This includes conducting inspections and audits throughout all stages of the production process to maintain high standards of quality.


  • Lead the plant's SQF certification program, ensuring compliance at all times
  • Implement and enforce Quality policies, procedures, and directives, adhering to company and government Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's). Provide feedback and follow-up to address any corrective actions needed
  • Ensure proper training of Quality Technicians and plant personnel on quality programs, procedures, safety, and housekeeping. Verify calibration and functionality of equipment
  • Promote effective communication and problem-solving between departments to optimize production processes
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates to management to keep them fully informed of quality performance
  • Carry out assigned duties under the direction of the Quality Manager and Compliance Manager
  • Direct and supervise the activities of Quality Technicians

In addition, this role entails various supervisory responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating employees, and resolving any employee issues that arise.
