Overnight CNC Machine Maintenance Technician

This is a full-time position for an experienced CNC Machine Maintenance Technician on the third shift at a reputable and financially stable manufacturer of cutting tools. - The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving training on the first shift before transitioning to the third shift
- Performing a wide range of electrical, electronic, controls, mechanical, and maintenance tasks during the third shift
- Diagnosing, repairing, aligning, and calibrating various equipment and machinery
- Using precision tools and equipment such as micrometers, gauge blocks, torque wrenches, and oscilloscopes
- Interpreting and utilizing engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Installing and fitting spindles and bearings
- Creating replacement parts through machining
- Installing electrical components, circuits, and equipment
- Maintaining and troubleshooting industrial electrical systems
- Adhering to electrical codes and regulations
- Repairing electronic controls and systems
- Installing and wiring new and existing equipment
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Ability to undergo training on the first shift before transitioning to the third shift
- Minimum of two years of experience in industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance within a CNC environment
- Experience in maintaining lathes, mills, and/or machining centers
- Knowledge of relay and digital logic systems
- Familiarity with ladder drawings and schematics
- Ability to work on the third shift schedule
- Stable work history with positive references
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- Residence within a 45-minute commute from New Berlin, WI
