Responsibilities:

· Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for managing and supporting our existing accounts, collaborating closely with the VP of Sales.

· Excellence in Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service that surpasses expectations, both internally and externally.

· Order Management: Keep customers informed by creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets to manage their orders and provide timely updates.

· Claims and Returns: Handle customer claims and returns efficiently and with care.

· Quotations: Create and send compelling quotations to customers (pricing details will be provided).

· Customer Inquiries: Be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for customers seeking updates on shipment status, documentation, and more.

Qualifications:

· An associate's degree or higher is a plus, although your passion and enthusiasm are the most important qualifications.

· Experience and knowledge in the Metals industry is highly preferred.

· Proficiency in Windows-based PCs and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).

· Experience with Nav Dynamics is a bonus.

· Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
