Legal Account Manager

Location: New York, NY

Our client is revolutionizing services for the legal and insurance industries. With the increasing virtualization and advancements in technology, they are currently experiencing remarkable growth.

Due to this expansion, our client is seeking an Account Executive to promote and sell their services and solutions to law firms and insurance agencies. Your responsibilities will include generating new business (hunting) and capitalizing on internal leads.

As a privately held company with substantial resources, they are seeking an individual who can adapt and develop within their hybrid work model. If you are located in or around the NY Metro Market, you will be required to be in NYC for one day a week to meet with management, but the rest of the time you can work remotely.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and expanding an assigned territory by managing and nurturing existing leads while acquiring new clients.
  • Establishing and cultivating relationships with individuals at all levels within Law Firms, Corporate Legal departments, and Insurance accounts (e.g., Paralegals, Legal Secretaries, Legal Administrators, Attorneys, Partners, etc.).
  • Responsible for selling digital support services for legal purposes.
  • Demonstrating proficient selling skills and extensive product knowledge in all relevant areas.
  • Comprehensive understanding of pricing and proposal models for all services.
  • Maximizing revenue growth within the portfolio by leveraging existing client relationships.
  • Contributing to the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
  • Sourcing and developing client referrals, including pursuing new firms.
  • Attending mandatory team meetings, including weekly sales calls and training sessions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities within the portfolio.

  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and hitting the ground running.

Must have experience with conducting online demos, selling virtually, and closing deals.
