Summary of the Position:

As the Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to cultivate new business opportunities and manage existing accounts within the metal industry. This role involves identifying customer needs, providing customized solutions, and fostering long-term relationships in order to meet sales objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of the metal market.


Focus on business development and sales by identifying and pursuing new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales targets.

Present and showcase the company's products and services to potential clients.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Regularly follow up with clients to ensure ongoing service quality and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers.

Conduct market analysis by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and developments in the industry.

Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and tactics.

Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and customer needs.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the metal industry or a related field.

Comprehensive understanding of metals and alloys, including their applications and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
