Summary of Position:

As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include generating new business and managing existing accounts within the metal industry. This role requires identifying customer needs, providing customized solutions, and fostering long-term relationships to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and an extensive understanding of the metal market.

Key Responsibilities:

· Focus on sales and business development by discovering and pursuing new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

·Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers to meet sales targets.

·Present and demonstrate the company's products and services to potential clients.

·Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Regularly follow up with clients to ensure ongoing service quality and address any concerns or issues.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers.

Conduct market analysis by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams for strategy and tactic refinement.

Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and customer needs.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

A minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the metal industry or a related field.

Extensive understanding of metals and alloys, including their applications and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
