Legal Solutions Business Manager

Location: Hartford, CT

Our client, based in Hartford, CT, is a leading provider of deposition and legal support services, offering a range of solutions including court reporting, transcription, trial services, and remote depositions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for sales activities in assigned accounts or regions, including net-new business and managing a book of business.

· Ensure quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

· Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and lead generation sources.

· Identify net-new business and acquisition opportunities.

· Manage account services through quality checks and follow-up.

· Stay up-to-date by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional groups.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Local travel to current and potential clients, requiring a valid state driver’s license within 60 days of employment.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.

Experience selling to the legal market (law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurance companies), with court reporting and deposition experience being a major plus.

Proficient with CRM, Reporter Base 8 or other legal database software.

High school diploma or general education degree required, with a college degree preferred.
