Office Coordinator

Location: Stamford, CT

Office Coordinator-

Our client is a large investment firm with offices around the world. They are seeking an Office Coordinator for the CFO's office in Stamford, CT.

DUTIES

- Managing and organizing calendars using Microsoft Outlook.

- Handling phone calls professionally, taking messages, and assisting as needed.

- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including arranging rooms, setting up equipment, and preparing meeting materials.

- Providing general administrative support, including document editing and creating spreadsheets and presentations.

- Processing expense reports and ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Distributing mail to team members on a daily basis.

- Arranging travel for executives, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.

- Tracking team PTO and sick days.

- Completing ad-hoc assignments as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 3 years of senior level administrative experience.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

- Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Resourceful, dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented.

- Hands-on problem solver.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Base salary: $70,000 - $75,000 plus $5,000 bonus.
