Advanced CNC Machinist III - 3rd Shift

• Minimum 3 years of experience or completion of apprenticeship in operating CNC machines, manual mills, and lathes is necessary for this role
• Compensation is up to $45 per hour
• Third Shift consists of 10-hour shifts, 4-5 days per week (typically from 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Applicants must be either a United States citizen or a Green Card holder
• Full-time employment as a permanent W-2 employee

The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

• Interpreting 3D CAD models, blueprints, and technical data to determine tooling and setup requirements
• Monitoring the production schedule and preparing tools, programs, and models for upcoming projects
• Utilizing CAM software to develop offline programs and configuring CNC machining centers with necessary fixtures and tools
• Operating and adjusting machines, ensuring accurate settings for cutting depth, speed, and feed while maintaining optimal part quality
• Inspecting parts, changing tools, and troubleshooting or adjusting machines as necessary to ensure precision and compliance with specifications

The successful candidate should possess the following background:

• At least 3 years of experience or completion of apprenticeship in operating CNC machines, manual mills, and lathes
• Completion of a Registered Apprenticeship program or an A.S. degree in Machining or a closely related field is advantageous
• Compensation is up to $45 per hour
• A consistent work history
• Must be a US citizen or hold a valid green card
