Advanced CNC Machinist – Tooling & Pattern Fabrication
- 5+ years of experience in 5-axis CNC machining and 5+ years of experience with off-line toolpathing or foundry pattern fabrication is required
- Must have a strong ability to interpret blueprints, understand machine setup, and execute material fixturing to precise specifications
- Salary up to $91,500 per year
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- This is an onsite position, not remote

The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
- Developing toolpaths for 3 and/or 5-axis CNC machines using 3D CAD models and CAM software (PowerMill, MasterCAM, etc.), with expertise in offline toolpathing
- Setting up CNC machining centers with appropriate tools, fixtures, and offsets
- Manufacturing tooling components using CNC equipment, lathes, drill presses, and saws, with efficient material handling using hoists and forklifts
- Suggesting preventative measures to ensure machine capability, particularly focusing on 5-axis CNC machining
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in 5-axis CNC machining & 5+ years of off-line toolpathing, or foundry pattern fabrication, in a role focused on precision components
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, understand machine setup, and execute material fixturing accurately
- A stable work history
- US citizenship or a green card
- Residence within a 45-minute commute
