Remote Sales Representative - Food Industry

Territory: Florida and Alabama

Location: Tampa, FL

We are a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality food ingredients and components.

Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth by targeting and developing new business opportunities in the food service industry.

- Establish and execute strategic plans, presentations, and promotional activities with guidance from the Director of Sales.

- Collaborate with Regional Brokers to prioritize sales objectives and achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of sales experience in the food industry, focusing on food service, specialty, c-store, and independent accounts.

- Knowledge of the sales process and industry dynamics.

- Self-motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

- Previous experience working with brokers and distributors.

- Proficiency in Excel and CRM software.

- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

- Highly motivated to secure new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.

- Willingness to travel within the region (approximately 50%+).

Compensation:

- Salary: $75-100K, plus quarterly bonus based on KPI achievement.
