Job Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of transactional and advisory legal tasks related to business, real estate, and estate planning
• Lead client meetings and offer tailored legal solutions for business owners and families
• Collaborate with team members in a productive and drama-free environment
• Maintain a target of 1,400 billable hours per year
• Engage in mentoring and ongoing professional growth within the firm

Requirements

• Active Montana State Bar License
• No prior experience necessary; background in business law, estate planning, or real estate law is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client matters
• Interest in long-term growth within a supportive and collaborative team
