Job Description:
We are looking for a Real Estate Lawyer to manage commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, and financing deals. Responsibilities will involve drafting and negotiating contracts, overseeing due diligence, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaboration with stakeholders and facilitation of closings for complex deals will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications:
- JD degree and active membership in the Florida bar.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in large-scale real estate transactions.
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents.
- Thorough understanding of real estate finance and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
