Job Description

• Manage construction defect litigation cases from start to finish with minimal oversight
• Handle discovery, site visits, depositions, and settlement talks
• Engage and collaborate with expert witnesses for expert discovery
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, and hearings
• Work as part of a team to meet client and firm objectives

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction defect litigation
• At least 2 years of litigation experience
• Strong litigation skills, including the ability to work on cases independently
• California Bar admission
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Able to work independently and within a team setting
