Job Description

• Oversee civil litigation cases from start to finish
• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Attend depositions, court hearings, and mediations on behalf of clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis on state and federal legal issues
• Work closely with partners and team members on trial strategy and preparation

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in South Carolina
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil litigation
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy abilities
• Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player, detail-oriented, and highly organized
