Job Summary

• Handle civil litigation cases from start to finish
• Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Serve clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Conduct thorough legal research on federal and state laws
• Work closely with partners and team members on litigation strategies and trial preparation

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Florida Bar
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil litigation
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced setting
• Strong team player with exceptional attention to detail
