Employment Law Associate

Location: Glendale, CA

Seeking an Associate to join our esteemed law firm team at our Glendale, CA location.

Requirements for in-office work: Candidate must be present in the office at least 3 days a week. Court appearances are necessary. Onsite work is preferred, but hybrid options can be considered.

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $160,000 (1-4 years of experience). 4% increase for each additional year of experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Specialize in employee benefits law while litigating in federal court.
  • Manage cases, work with paralegals, and attend court hearings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle federal court litigation with a focus on employee benefits.
  • Conduct legal research, draft documents, and engage with clients and courts.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and firm culture.

Qualifications:

  • Must have California Bar admission.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of litigation experience.
  • Strong background in employee benefits or bankruptcy law is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with ERISA and federal court procedures is advantageous.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
