Role Description:

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support issues.
• Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, answers, and motions.
• Prepare and review agreements like parenting plans, prenuptial, and postnuptial agreements.
• Organize financial documentation and assist with discovery responses.
• Prepare for mediations and hearings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and effectively communicate findings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of family law experience (recent graduates with a strong passion for family law are encouraged to apply).
• Exposure to marital and family law, including document drafting and financial record organization.
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Preferably hold an undergraduate degree in economics, finance, or accounting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to thrive under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive situations with empathy.
