Note: Regular on-site presence is required at our client's offices in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, or Tampa, Florida, five days a week.

With a dedicated team of 10 partners and 13 associates, they prioritize personalized legal services and transparent communication with clients.

Job Summary

  • We are looking for full-time Associate Attorneys to join our team in insurance defense litigation.
  • Open positions in our Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Tampa offices.
  • Responsibilities include managing a varied caseload involving construction defects, general liability, and bodily injury claims.
  • Duties consist of drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court proceedings.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and clients to devise case strategies and achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) and an active Florida law license.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance defense litigation required.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in construction-related litigation.
  • Strong skills in legal writing, research, and oral advocacy.
  • Ability to juggle a full caseload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
