Job Description

• We are in search of full-time Associate Attorneys for insurance defense litigation roles.
• Positions are open in the Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Tampa offices.
• Handle a diverse caseload, including construction flaws, general liability, and bodily injury claims.
• Key responsibilities include composing legal documents, conducting investigations, and representing clients in legal proceedings.
• Work closely with partners and clients to develop case strategies and achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance defense litigation is required.
• Prior experience in construction-related litigation is highly desirable.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills are essential.
• Ability to handle a full caseload and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
