Job Summary

• We are seeking full-time Associate Attorneys to join our team for insurance defense litigation.
• Opportunities are available in our offices in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Tampa.
• You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload involving construction defects, general liabilities, and bodily injury claims.
• Duties include drafting legal documents, conducting investigations, and representing clients in court proceedings.
• You will collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop case strategies and achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements

• Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance defense litigation required.
• Prior experience in construction-related litigation is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in legal writing, research, and oral advocacy are essential.
• Ability to manage a full caseload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
