Job Description

• Manage real estate and title litigation cases from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Supervise discovery processes, site inspections, depositions, expert retention, and expert discovery
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, and hearings
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet client and firm objectives
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate/title matters
• Active membership in the California Bar
• Some litigation skills, including case management and courtroom experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
