Please Note: This role is a combination of remote and in-person work. The successful candidate will need to be present for court proceedings in the surrounding areas of either Turlock or Bakersfield, CA.

Remuneration usually includes an additional $50k - $75k in bonuses with no limit

Job Summary

• Handle a caseload from the initial consultation to final resolution.
• Participate in all stages of discovery and legal proceedings.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, trials, and related legal processes.
• Maintain proactive case management, including regular file reviews and timely settlement requests.
• Conduct client intake procedures and process them promptly.
• Supervise and mentor assigned case workers, offering regular feedback and support.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate and active California State Bar license.
• Prior experience in Workers’ Compensation or Social Security Disability law (minimum of 1 year).
• Experience on the applicant side of workers' comp cases is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in negotiation and exhibit sound judgment.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is advantageous.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
