Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Strong team management skills - the ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams of individuals.
  • Demonstrated ability and presence as a role model for other staff and professionals, including due to professional and technical standing.
  • Experience in one or more specialized fields/industries.
  • Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience, including previous supervisory/in-charge roles
  • CPA certification is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, Master's degree is preferred
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills
  • Established (or developing) reputation and visibility in a specific industry, including a strong network of professional connections and influential organizations
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Employee Benefit Plans, or Retail is a plus
