Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Excellent team management skills - ability to lead, motivate, and train teams
  • Proven ability to serve as a role model for staff and professionals, displaying a strong professional and technical reputation
  • Experience in one or more specialized industries
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, including supervisory/in-charge roles
  • CPA certification required
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required, Master's degree preferred
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Established or developing industry-specific reputation and visibility, with a robust network of professional contacts and influencers
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Employee Benefit Plans, or Retail is a bonus
