Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Excellent skills in team management - the ability to lead, inspire, and mentor teams of individuals.
  • Demonstrated capability and presence as a role model for other staff and professionals, including due to their professional and technical standing.
  • Experience in one or multiple specialized sectors/industries.
  • Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in public accounting, with experience in a supervisory or in-charge position
  • CPA certification required
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, while a Master's degree is preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving and project management abilities
  • Established (or developing) industry-specific reputation and visibility, including a solid network of professional contacts and influential organizations
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Employee Benefit Plans, or Retail is a PLUS
