Our client in Atlanta, GA is seeking a talented BIM Designer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create BIM-generated structural drawings for various project types such as manufacturing, distribution, commercial buildings, and more.

• Develop virtual structural models based on designer/markups to support construction and fabrication processes.

• Utilize expertise in software modeling within a specific design discipline to serve as a skilled BIM technician.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project deliverables meet specifications and client expectations.

• Produce detailed construction documents and extract data using BIM platforms.

• Work closely with engineers and designers to align models with project requirements.

• Stay updated on BIM best practices and software advancements.

• Review shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant technical certification preferred.

• 2–7 years of related experience.

• Proficiency in Revit.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with structural design in wood, steel, concrete, and masonry.

• Familiarity with foundation systems in low- to mid-rise construction projects.
