EXPERT IN BOILER SERVICE

$70,000 per year + Comprehensive Benefits + Relocation Assistance (No Sponsorship)

Working Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Responsibilities

· Create plans and execute necessary operations for the installation, maintenance, and repair of steam boilers, air compressors, complex electrical equipment, automatic boiler controls, pumps, motors, power generating equipment, and pressurized piping systems such as water, steam, oil, compressed air, and natural gas as related to powerhouse apparatus.

· Conduct required chemical tests to ensure proper maintenance of boilers and associated equipment.

· Disassemble complex units, identify issues, repair or replace defective parts or wiring, and reassemble equipment accordingly.

· Utilize a range of hand tools and pipe fitting machinery to bend, thread, and cut pipes. Use torch as needed for copper joints and soldering.

· Install and maintain high-pressure steam stations throughout the facility, including steam lines, traps, strainers, regulators, valves, and insulation.

· Troubleshoot powerhouse equipment to identify problems and repair analog and digital control systems.

· Interpret mechanical drawings and follow electrical and plumbing diagrams.

· Enter and update time schedule data using the energy management system.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Boiler Technician.

· Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints.

· Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring Company sponsorship.

Preferred qualifications:

· Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

· At least five (5) years of full-time experience as a powerhouse technician.

· Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical equipment understanding.
