Retail Store Manager

Location: St. Louis, MO

Our boutique in St. Louis, MO is seeking a talented and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, overseeing daily operations, and driving employee development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a high-performance sales team
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Overseeing daily store operations
  • Developing and retaining employees
  • Collaborating with other boutique teams
  • Reporting to the District Sales Manager

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for empowering both clients and team members.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Retail Manager (Bridal experience is a plus!)
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • At least 5 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Apple products, Google Drives, and Microsoft Office
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High school degree
