Boutique Store Supervisor

Location: Detroit, MI

We are seeking a Boutique Store Supervisor for our Detroit, MI location. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our boutique store, including sales, customer experience, and employee development. This position requires availability on weekdays from 10:30am – 7pm and weekends as needed.

As the Boutique Store Supervisor, you will lead, manage, retain, and hold your team accountable. You will work collaboratively with our boutique teams and report to the District Sales Manager.

  • Analyze situations and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and problem-solving skills

  • Be flexible and able to prioritize tasks according to business needs

  • Familiarize yourself with CRM software and have reliable transportation
  • Be able to lift up to 35 pounds and handle multiple gowns on hangers

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Retail Manager (Bridal experience is a plus!)
  • 1+ year(s) of sales experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Apple products, Google Drives, and Microsoft Office
  • High school degree

Salary: Annual salary + individual and store bonus = an average of $80,000 per year!
