Job Title: BSME Mechanical Engineering Project Manager

  • This position requires up to 30% travel within the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
  • To be considered, candidates must have a Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering (BSME) degree and at least one year of experience in mechanical design or capital equipment project management.
  • Salary for well-qualified candidates can range up to $100,000, while less experienced candidates can expect up to $70,000.
  • Applicants must be either a United States citizen or a Green Card holder.
  • This is not a remote position, and applicants must be willing to work full-time as permanent W-2 employees.

This is a full-time opportunity for a BSME Mechanical Engineering Project Manager. The selected candidate will have visible and essential responsibilities within the company, which include:

  • Managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborating with customers, various departments, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Organizing product deployment schedules in the field.
  • Ensuring smooth installations.
  • Engaging in hands-on work with fellow employees rather than solely delegating tasks.
  • Interacting and problem-solving with customers.
  • Traveling approximately 25% to 30% within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A four-year Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering (BSME) degree.
  • One or more years of experience in mechanical design or capital equipment project management.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
  • A solid work history.
  • Must be a US citizen or have a Green Card.
  • Reside within a 45-minute commute of Little Chute, Wisconsin.
