Director of Growth and Expansion

We are currently seeking a Director of Growth and Expansion to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role involves a combination of office and field work, with the requirement to be in the office when not attending client meetings.

The Director of Growth and Expansion is an individual contributor responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and understanding the strategic priorities of our customers. They will collaborate with a team of subject matter experts to develop and implement tailored solutions that help our customers achieve their business objectives.

**It is essential to have experience selling into the Automotive sector.

  • Must currently reside within the specified market, as this is a hybrid role with office and field responsibilities.
  • Minimum of seven years of direct B2B sales experience, with a focus on F500 companies. (No more than 3 jobs in the past 10 years)
  • Demonstrated track record of developing new business and selling marketing solutions or professional business services.
  • Proven success in prospecting and driving revenue growth in large accounts.
  • Experience with high-volume sales (sales worth $250k or more).
  • Familiarity with sales cycles of varying lengths (three to six to twelve months).
  • Compensation structured through a commission-based model with bonuses.
  • Preferably holds a four-year college degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of web, SaaS, and mobile applications is a plus.

Base Salary: $135,000 (non-negotiable) + commissions. First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $175,000-$225,000.
