Director of Corporate Growth
As the Director of Corporate Growth, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue for our engineering services to clients and potential customers in the Automotive Domain within North America. Your primary focus will be to sell our product engineering services (PES) to the Transportation - Automotive segment.
Your main objective will be to exceed our revenue targets by securing new contracts and orders through prospecting and developing relationships with new customers. You will accurately forecast and achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams while monitoring our growth.
An essential aspect of your role will be to establish and engage with CXO level executives to penetrate new markets and business opportunities. In addition, you will negotiate contractual terms and conditions, collaborating with the proposal and technical teams to ensure seamless hand-offs and building a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
You will also be proactive in identifying opportunities for sales process improvement and spotting new business opportunities. It is crucial to have a solid understanding of the offshore and global delivery model.
Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5-10 years in business development specifically within the US Geography
- Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in selling engineering services to the Automotive domain
- Experience in leading and managing teams would be beneficial
