Director of Corporate Growth

Location: Des Moines, IA

The position of Director of Corporate Growth is currently available in Des Moines, IA. As an individual contributor, the Director of Corporate Growth will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building relationships, and gaining a deep understanding of the customer’s critical business strategies within their assigned accounts. They will work closely with a team of subject matter experts to develop and execute solutions that help the customer achieve their business objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Must reside in the Des Moines area as this is a hybrid role, requiring office presence when not in the field.
  • Minimum of seven years of direct B2B sales experience, with a focus on F500 companies (no more than three jobs in the past 10 years).
  • Proven track record in new business development within the marketing solutions or professional business services sector.
  • Success in prospecting and growing revenue in large accounts.
  • Experience with high-volume sales (sales of $250k or more per transaction).
  • Familiarity with sales cycles of varying lengths (three to six to twelve months).
  • Compensation structure based on commissions and bonuses.
  • Preferred: Four-year college degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with web, SaaS, and mobile applications is a plus.

Base Salary: $135K per year (non-negotiable) plus commissions. First-year on-target earnings estimated at $175k-$200k.
