Position: Aerospace Services Leader

Position Overview:

We are in search of an experienced leader to head our aerospace services division. The ideal candidate should have a successful background in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in the aerospace services sector.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing relationships with influential figures in the industry.
  • Expand and maintain a wide network of industry contacts to enhance strategic positioning and discover new business avenues.
  • Lead our sales team in the development and implementation of effective sales strategies that surpass revenue targets.
  • Foster collaboration among various functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive activities to anticipate changes and strategize accordingly.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to attract new clients.
  • Analyze sales performance data to continuously refine strategies and provide actionable business insights to executive management.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Masters degree is highly desirable.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and business development, particularly within the aerospace industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales quotas while expanding business operations.
  • Thorough understanding of the aerospace industry, including key competitors and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with strong planning, execution, and goal achievement abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet business requirements and engage with clients and industry stakeholders.
