Business Head (ISV Services / Technology Sector)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Head to lead our partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning, with a particular focus on ISV collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in ISV partnerships within the technology sector.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with key industry leaders and ISVs.
  • Cultivate and expand a wide network of industry contacts to improve strategic positioning and establish new avenues for partnership.
  • Lead our sales team in formulating and implementing effective strategies to surpass revenue targets and ensure successful ISV collaborations.
  • Promote collaboration among different teams to provide excellent service and support to our ISV partners.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to anticipate changes and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to attract and onboard new ISV partners.
  • Analyze performance metrics and data to continuously refine strategies and offer actionable insights to executive management.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and strengthen ISV partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on ISV partnerships within the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and expanding partnership networks.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ISV landscape in the technology sector, including key competitors and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a keen ability to plan, execute, and achieve business objectives.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet business needs and engage with ISV partners and industry stakeholders.
