Oracle EBS Financials Systems Analyst
About the Role: We are seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Oracle EBS Financials to design and configure new processes in the Oracle R12 EBS application for Financials - RTR, PTP, OTC tracks, and other critical areas.

Location & Community:
Our office is based in Reston, VA, a vibrant and desirable location situated 20 miles west of Washington, DC. Living in Reston provides access to numerous recreational activities, a thriving economy, beautiful spots like Lake Anne, and highly-rated public schools. Additionally, Reston is within a short drive to Philadelphia, Baltimore, and fantastic beaches.
Requirements:
- You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle ERP, web applications, services, and interfaces within the financials functional area (EBS R12 GA, FA, CM, PTP, RTR & OTC).
- Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley processes and controls, preferably in a high-tech environment. Experience with SOX Audit is a plus.
- Comfortable working in complex integrated systems landscapes.
- Proficiency in collaboration and project tracking tools such as Confluence wiki, Jira, etc.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong motivation to enhance the organization's skills and capabilities.
- Experience in creating and delivering presentations and managing roadmaps.
- Candidates residing in the Reston, VA area or within the USA and willing to relocate to Reston upon hire (relocation assistance provided) are preferred.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field is required.
