As a Simulation Engineer, your main responsibility will be creating and documenting modeling plans for the engineering team. You will also be involved in developing new processes and utilizing FEA and computer engineering programs/software. Additionally, your role will include overall development, testing, and evaluation to support mass production startup based on client and internal requirements. Collaboration with design and product development teams to identify and improve product issues or failures is also expected. By working in cross-functional teams, you will contribute to delivering products that meet customer and company requirements. You will also foster an environment of continuous improvement and achievement, while adhering to the company's philosophy and guiding principles for decision-making.
- The engineer may support multiple projects to ensure total customer satisfaction and meet quality standards and procedures.
MUST HAVES:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
Required Skills:
- Knowledge and experience with FEA software such as Hypermesh, Nastran, and Abaqus
- Strong understanding of FEA
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience with 3D and 2D drawings
- Knowledge of data acquisition systems
- Understanding of metal fatigue
