Hours and Compensation:

- This is a full-time position primarily on the day shift.

- The salary range is between $75,000 and $110,000, depending on experience. The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package, as well as some relocation assistance.


- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, along with a valid Registered Nurse License.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a chemotherapy nurse within a cancer-related setting, with leadership experience being a plus.

- Knowledge of clinical operations, medical terminology, levels of care, treatment modalities, and the current healthcare delivery system.


- The Cancer Services Nurse Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Cancer Center.

- This role involves educating staff on department policies, handling customer service, supporting physicians and staff, ensuring and tracking compliance, optimizing patient experience, and improving quality metrics.

- The ideal candidate will have previous practice management experience in an oncology setting.

- Develop and maintain a patient-centric culture, focusing on patient scheduling, arrival, and follow-up activities.

- Oversee and assist in the recruitment, hiring, evaluation, and termination of staff.

- Ensure compliance with the Medical Center's policies and procedures.

- Monitor and meet practice-specific benchmarks, including point of service and scheduling.

- Monitor practice operations to identify areas for improvement, expansion of services, and potential new market areas.

Additional Information:

- Reports to and works closely with the Director of Nursing.

- The facility is an acute care center with around 100 beds, affiliated with a larger healthcare system.
