Legal Case Manager
Note: This role requires employees to work in-person at the Overland Park, KS office Monday through Friday.

Job Description
- Oversee litigation files from initial intake to trial or settlement
- Review, categorize, and summarize medical and legal documentation
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and external parties
- Prepare legal documents, responses to discovery requests, and materials for hearings
- Assist in trial preparations and tracking deadlines
- Manage attorney schedules and court calendars
- Handle both administrative and legal support tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing litigation cases at a law firm
- Excellent communication, organizational, and case management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
- Experience with medical injury or product liability cases is a bonus
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
