Desired Qualifications:
•Current licensure to practice professional nursing in Ohio.
•Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
•Current certification as a nurse anesthetist from the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or its equivalent.
•Current Certificate of Authority (COA) from the Ohio Board of Nursing.
•Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provide Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
•Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
•Position is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7am to 3:30pm. First call every 10th night, second call every 10th night.
•Salary ranges from 230K to 287K based on experience. 10 weeks of PTO. Full benefits package, including a sign-on bonus of 25K.
Responsibilities:
•Administer direct and indirect anesthesia and anesthesia-related care to perioperative services, obstetrical services, pain management, and other necessary areas.
•Utilize the nursing process to collect and assess data, prioritize patient's needs, and develop, implement, and evaluate an anesthetic care plan.
•Demonstrate critical thinking skills to deliver safe and high-quality age-specific care.
•Manage issues related to pain relief, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, pulmonary care, and critically ill patients.
•Collaborate and communicate effectively with other members of the healthcare team.
•Adhere to organizational policies, regulatory/accrediting body requirements, and professional practice standards.

Additional Information:
•Perform 5 OR starts plus Endoscopy on a daily basis. Cases mainly consist of bread and butter cases in General Surgery (including robotic cases and a Bariatric Program), Gynecology, Urology, Podiatry, ENT. Vascular cases (including EVARs performed in Cath Lab) are also included. Proficiency in OB is essential (approximately 55 deliveries per year).
