Channel Sales Manager
Location: Detroit, MI
Channel Sales Manager – Copiers – REMOTE (Mid-West)
Our client, a leading provider of digital imaging solutions, is hiring a Channel Account Executive for the Mid-West region. This is a remote position with full-time hours and an anticipated salary range of $70,000-104,000 annually. The role is commission eligible based on a 65/35 split.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies with key decision-makers in the dealer sales channel and end users
- Act as the company's representative, fostering business relationships with assigned dealers and/or offices
- Effectively communicate with Fortune 500 customers, presenting high-level sales strategies, ROI, and technical workflow analysis to CEO, CIO, and CFOs
- Provide technical knowledge and analysis to assist dealer sales channel and end user customers in selecting hardware and software solutions
- Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing programs, education, and other support activities
- Conduct introductory sales calls, develop retail sales channel proposals, and provide bid support assistance
- Coordinate product launches and equipment/software updates with dealer sales channel
- Manage certain events/tradeshows as assigned
- Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
- Have a working knowledge of company products and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Experience in copier sales and A3 market is required
- B2B retail sales and/or customer-facing experience in copier dealer or copier manufacturer is preferred
- CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification
- CompTIA Network+ Certification
- 5+ years of sales/sales support and industry-related experience
- Sales Certification in 6 core Skill-Soft areas:

- FIELD SALES SIMULATION
- TERRITORIAL ACCOUNT SALES SKILLS SIMULATION

- Expect travel of 75% or more in the Northeast or Mid-West for this position
