Channel Sales Manager

Channel Account Executive – Copiers – REMOTE (Mid-West)

Our client is a leading provider of digital imaging solutions for consumers, businesses, and industries in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets.

They are currently looking for a Technical Sales Account Executive to cover the Mid-West region. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing strategies to increase sales with key decision-makers.

This is a full-time virtual/remote position with an expected salary range of $70,000-104,000 per year. The position is also eligible for commission based on a 65/35 split.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in the dealer sales channel and end users
  • Act as the company's representative, fostering business relationships with assigned dealers and/or offices
  • Effectively communicate with Fortune 500 customers, including CEOs, CIOs, and CFOs, presenting sales strategies, ROI, and technical workflow analysis
  • Assist dealer sales channels and end user customers with technical knowledge, providing detailed analysis and recommending hardware and software solutions
  • Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing program implementation, education, and other channel-related support
  • Conduct high-level introductory sales calls, assisting with retail sales channel proposal development and bid support
  • Coordinate and implement product launches and equipment/software updates with dealer sales channels
  • Manage certain events/tradeshows as assigned
  • Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
  • Have a working knowledge of company products and services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Experience in copier sales and the A3 market is required
  • B2B retail sales and/or customer face-to-face experience, preferably in the copier dealer or copier manufacturer industry
  • CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification
  • CompTIA Network+ Certification
  • 5+ years of sales/sales support and industry-related experience
  • Sales Certification in 6 core Skill-Soft areas:
    • PROFESSIONAL SELLING IN THE KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY SIMULATION
    • FIELD SALES SIMULATION
    • TERRITORIAL ACCOUNT SALES SKILLS SIMULATION
    • SALES MANUFACTURING (TM): OPPORTUNITY DEVELOPMENT SIMULATION
    • STRATEGIC ACCOUNT SALES SKILLS SIMULATION
    • SALES COMMUNICATION TECHNIQUES SIMULATION
  • Expect over 75% travel in the Northeast or Mid-West for this position
