Channel Sales Manager – Copiers – REMOTE (Mid-West)

Our client is a leading provider of imaging solutions in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets.

We are currently seeking a Channel Sales Manager for the Mid-West region. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with key decision-makers to drive sales growth.

This is a full-time virtual/remote position with an anticipated annual salary range of $70,000-104,000, plus commission based on a 65/35 split.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth with dealers and end users
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and assigned dealers/offices
  • Effectively communicate with Fortune 500 customers, presenting sales strategies, ROI, and technical workflow analysis
  • Provide technical expertise to dealers and end users for hardware and software solutions
  • Manage dealer accounts, territories, marketing program implementation, and other channel-related support
  • Conduct introductory sales calls, develop retail sales proposals, and provide bid support assistance
  • Coordinate product launches and equipment/software updates with dealers
  • Manage certain events/tradeshows
  • Resolve routine issues following company policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of company products and services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Experience in copier sales and the A3 market is required
  • Experience in B2B retail sales, customer-facing roles, copier dealers, or copier manufacturers is preferred
  • CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification is preferred
  • CompTIA Network+ Certification is preferred
  • 5+ years of sales/sales support and industry-related experience
  • Sales Certification in 6 core Skill-Soft areas:
    • PROFESSIONAL SELLING IN THE KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY SIMULATION
    • FIELD SALES SIMULATION
    • TERRITORIAL ACCOUNT SALES SKILLS SIMULATION
    • SALES MANUFACTURING (TM): OPPORTUNITY DEVELOPMENT SIMULATION

  • Over 75% travel in the Northeast or Mid-West is expected for this position
