Channel Partner Manager - Nashville, TN
Introduction:
Our client is a leading provider of digital imaging solutions, serving the consumer, business-to-business, and industrial markets in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
They are currently seeking a Channel Partner Manager for the Nashville, TN area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to increase sales with key decision-makers in the dealer sales channel and end users.
This is a full-time position with a virtual/remote work arrangement, offering an anticipated salary range of $70,000-104,000 annually. The position also includes commission eligibility based on a 65/35 split.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in the dealer sales channel and with end users
- Act as the face of the company and maintain positive business relationships with assigned dealers and/or offices
- Effectively communicate with fortune 500 customers, presenting high-level sales strategies, ROI, and technical workflow analysis
- Provide technical knowledge and recommendations for hardware and software solutions to the dealer sales channel and end user customers
- Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing program implementation, education, and other channel-related support
- Conduct introductory sales calls, develop retail sales channel proposals, and provide bid support assistance
- Coordinate and implement product launches and equipment/software updates with the dealer sales channel
- Manage coordination of certain events/tradeshows
- Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
- Have working knowledge of company products and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Experience with copier sales / A3 market required
- B2B retail sales and/or customer face to face, copier dealer, copier manufacturer experience preferred
- CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification
- CompTIA Network+ Certification
- 5+ years in sales/sales support and industry-related experience
- Sales Certification in 6 core Skill-Soft areas:

- FIELD SALES SIMULATION
- TERRITORIAL ACCOUNT SALES SKILLS SIMULATION

- Travel of over 75% or more in the Northeast or Mid-West is expected for this position
