Hours and Compensation Potential:
- Full-time day shift position, with occasional evening group coverage. Hours could be 32hrs a week or 40 hours a week.
- Compensation ranges from $22.13/hr to $30.46/hr depending on experience.

What We're Looking For:
- Must be licensed by the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board.
- LSW or LPC required.
- Current licensure by the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board as a LCDC II, III, or LICDC. Higher than CDCA.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide therapeutic counseling to individuals struggling with substance abuse using a bio-psychosocial approach.
- Educate patients and families about the disease process of substance abuse.
- Lead group discussions, work one-on-one with patients, and assign group activities for Mental Health Technicians.
- Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate groups.
- Complete billing charges/sheets on a daily basis.
- Utilize historic and current data to assess patient needs and provide effective counseling.
- Provide individual and group crisis intervention, as well as family clinical interventions.
- Act as a client advocate, mediator, and facilitator.
