Hours and Compensation Potential:

  • Full-time day shift position, with occasional evening group coverage.
  • Compensation ranges from $46K to $63K, depending on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package provided.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must be licensed by the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board.
  • LSW or LPC qualification is required.
  • Current licensure by the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board as a CDCA, LCDC II, III, or LICDC. Preference given to higher qualifications than CDCA.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver therapeutic counseling to individuals who are struggling with chemical dependency, utilizing a bio-psychosocial approach.
  • Educate patients and their families on the disease process of chemical dependency.
  • Facilitate group discussions, conduct one-on-one sessions with patients, and assign group activities for Mental Health Technicians.
  • Assess patient needs and recommend suitable group interventions.
  • Complete daily billing charges/sheets.
  • Utilize historical and current data to evaluate patient needs and provide effective counseling.
  • Offer individual and group crisis intervention, as well as family clinical interventions.
  • Serve as a client advocate, mediator, and facilitator.
