Hours and Compensation Potential:

  • This is a full-time day shift position with occasional evening group coverage. The weekly hours could be either 32 or 40 hours.
  • The compensation range is $22.13 to $30.46 per hour, contingent upon experience.
  • We extend a comprehensive benefits package.

What We're Looking For:

  • Applicants must hold a license from the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board.
  • LSW or LPC certification is mandatory.
  • Current licensure from the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board as a LCDC II, III, or LICDC, with a higher level than CDCA.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver therapeutic counseling to individuals grappling with chemical dependency, using a bio-psychosocial approach.
  • Educate patients and their families about the chemical dependency disease process.
  • Lead group discussions, collaborate with patients one-on-one, and delegate group activities to Mental Health Technicians.
  • Assess patient needs and suggest suitable group sessions.
  • Complete daily billing charges/sheets.
  • Leverage historical and current data to assess patient needs and provide effective counseling.
  • Provide crisis intervention for individuals and groups, as well as clinical interventions for families.
  • Serve as a client advocate, mediator, and facilitator.
