Job Description

• Manage a diverse array of civil litigation cases from start to finish
• Handle cases independently and collaborate with fellow attorneys when necessary
• Prepare motions, pleadings, and legal documentation
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court proceedings
• Offer clients regular updates and strategic advice
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and courtroom skills
• Experience in managing depositions, motion practice, and client interactions
• Active Ohio bar license in good standing
• Ability to oversee multiple cases with careful attention to detail and deadlines
