Forensic Engineer - Nashville, TN

We are currently seeking a Civil/Structural Forensic Engineer for our client's Nashville practice.
This position offers full remote work from your home office, and candidates based in the Nashville area are preferred.
Position Details
As a Civil/Structural Engineer, your responsibilities will include conducting and managing investigations related to buildings, structures, and structural components. This will involve tasks such as structural analysis, damage assessment, ensuring building code compliance, conducting lab and field testing of construction materials, and reviewing structural designs. You will also interact with clients and other consultants, handle multiple projects concurrently, and prepare written reports summarizing your analyses.
Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
- Advanced Technical Education degrees (preferable)
- At least 2 years of experience in forensics
- Experience in litigation (advantageous)
- Proficient in computer software such as MathCAD, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing/construction/design industries (desired)
