Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinery Support Technician to remotely assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues with CNC equipment. Responsibilities:
- Effectively respond to customer inquiries via phone and email to address technical concerns related to CNC equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve issues on CNC machines, including popular brands like Haas, Mazak, Amada, Doosan, Makino, Fanuc, DMG, Kitamura, and similar systems.
- Provide expert guidance on equipment maintenance, operation, and configuration.
- Deliver clear, concise, and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience with CNC machinery, particularly in troubleshooting various leading brands.
- Deep knowledge of CNC machine setup, operations, and maintenance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist clients remotely.
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote home office.
