- Compensation includes a base pay ranging from $50,000 to $65,000, with the potential for commission earnings that could exceed $100,000.
- Candidates must be either United States citizens or Green Card holders.
- While some remote work is possible, the role also requires traveling to client sites throughout Wisconsin.
- This is a full-time position.

This position is new and holds potential for future advancement within the company's divisions. The work schedule offers flexibility, and responsibilities include:
- Planning and structuring daily activities for optimal effectiveness
- Generating business through phone calls
- Visiting client sites across Wisconsin (usually without overnight stays)
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Preparing competitive bids and estimates for different contracts
- Collaborating with both the construction and service divisions
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum five years of experience in estimating and sales for commercial construction
- At least three years of experience in Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning
- Ability to travel to client sites within Wisconsin (typically without overnight stays)
- A proven track record of reliability and a strong work history
- Must be a US citizen or possess a green card
- Residence located within 45 minutes of the job site
